CEO – Charlie Szoradi

Charlie Szoradi is an architect and building intelligence executive with more than 28 years of experience in sustainability and cost-savings for retrofits and new construction. His two most recent pending patents for Purge Virus focus on advanced in-duct disinfection and tabletop disinfection to help reduce the spread of Covid-19 and future viruses. Mr. Szoradi focuses on high performance architecture, and he is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – Accredited Professional), a Certified Building Performance Institute (BPI) Energy Auditor, a member of the Energy and Sustainability Committee for the Society of American Military Engineers, and the Leadership Council Chairman of the American LED Alliance.

In 2009, Mr. Szoradi was elected to the Board of the Sustainable Business Network and selected as a member of the Green Economy Task Force, with direct participation on the Capitol Hill Delegation. Mr. Szoradi earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia, and he earned his Masters from the University of Pennsylvania, where he wrote his Masters Thesis on Energy Intelligence – “Eco-Humanism” in the early 1990s.  He has multiple patents granted by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and is the author of Learn from Looking, which includes over two decades of his travel drawings and insight on energy-efficiency and sustainability from his travels and work around the world. Charlie Szoradi is a sought after speaker on cost-effective sustainable design, and he lives in Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

VP of Operations – Mary Kirk

Mary Kirk has over 25 years of experience in Operations, Office Management, Purchasing, Domestic and International Logistics and Customer Service.  Ms. Kirk’s ability ranges from finance and procurement to accurately tracking the flow of orders and products from production to customer site. Her ability to multi-task and adapt solutions to changing schedules and needs has allowed her to assure a smooth flow of business operations and orders through the system. Prior to working with Purge Virus, Ms. Kirk’s experience has included Office Management, Purchasing, Logistics, R&D, and Customer Service.  She has worked with customers and vendors in over 20 countries in North America, Asia, Europe, South America and the Middle East.

She has designed inventory procurement and control systems to keep production moving and minimize delays.  Her experience in assembly, creating technical drawings, writing technical manuals, and Research and Development give her a better understanding of the manufacturing process. Ms. Kirk graduated from Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and Religion. In her spare time Mary Kirk is an Acrylic Pour Artist selling her paintings at local art and craft fairs and online.

Thomas Cleary – National Sales Director

Tom Cleary brings to Purge Virus a background in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales. Tom was a founder and leading member of the Marcus & Millichap Multifamily & Office Group responsible for successfully closing over $500 Million in sales in the Tri-State area. Having spoken with facility owners and managers on a daily basis for over five years, he can communicate how Purge Virus’s services and products can help generate higher net profits while also disinfecting the air of pathogens such as Covid-19.  Due to outstanding achievement, Mr. Cleary was chosen for the Marcus & Millichap mentorship program where he was trained to take on high-level managerial and sales roles within the group.  He is adept at communicating the advantages of our disinfection technologies to prospective customers and an expert at introducing custom solutions to match each client’s specific needs.

Northeast Regional Sales Director – John Peterson

John Peterson brings over 20 years of experience in operational excellence in several industries including warehouse distribution, manufacturing, and food service. His experience with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning is a critical asset for Purge Virus when it comes to aligning the right in-duct disinfection technology to the HVAC equipment at each customer property.  Mr. Peterson’s experience includes working directly with facility owners and managers on data collection and validation, sourcing and provisioning of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and sourcing other equipment to support HVAC optimization. Parallel to disinfection, energy savings is often a goal of our customers to sustain the life of their businesses by controlling operating costs. John Peterson analyzes our customers’ energy use to develop energy saving strategies and consults with customers to provide multiple options for energy conservation measures (ECMs). Cost-effective germicidal disinfection and ECMs combine to deliver the results that our customers seek.

Southeast Regional Sales Director – Angel Cruz


Angel Cruz brings multiple decades of business, sales, and relationship management experience to Purge Virus. Mr. Cruz’s Investment Sales and Banking career started in New York City on Wall Street in the late ’80s raising capital for small and midsize companies, both private and public, via private placements, initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, and special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs). Mr. Cruz’s interest in technology lead him out west to San Francisco in the early ’90s. His role was to create and manage offices first in San Francisco and then in San Diego. His company specialized in Public Venture Capital, raising capital from high net worth for small and midcap companies.

After raising capital for a private aviation and software company, Mr. Cruz decided to join them to help create their sales and marketing efforts while launching their proprietary software. That experience led him to join a technology start-up to head their sales effort while expanding their vertical sales channels. One of Angel Cruz’s friends introduced him to Purge Virus, and he quickly saw the value of bringing the company’s unique “one-stop-shop” approach to disinfection to clients across the southeast and beyond.

North Central Regional Sales Director – Seona Parsons


Now based in Chicago Illinois, South Korea native Seona Parsons has spent three years in Vietnam before coming to the US for her graduate degree at the George Washington University.  She has worked for Delta Air Lines in Atlanta for two years before starting her hotel career as a Revenue Management expert in Chicago. Ms. Parsons has also worked as an executive committee member for several luxury hotels, helping the companies to maximize their profits by applying innovative strategies. Over the course of her career, she has gained a tremendous depth of hospitality experience working for Sutton Place Hotel, Warwick Allerton, and Trump Hotel.  She is passionate about analyzing intelligence data and market trends to achieve the highest revenue potential.

The fast-paced evolution of the Covid-19 crisis has created the need for Purge Virus to meet the challenges with agility and tenacity.  Ms. Parsons has both agility and tenacity as well as profound insight and a detail-focused ability to identify areas that are in need of clarification. Her insights have been invaluable for Purge Virus, on projects ranging from webinar files to website content and from marketing collateral to brand positioning. Seona Parsons has been a tremendous resource for the marketing team and a trusted “sounding board” for the CEO of Purge Virus.

South Central Regional Sales Director – John Kelly


In addition to his Regional Sales Director role with Purge Virus, John Kelly is the founder and CEO of PPE Source International, which is Purge Virus’s partner for Personal Protective Equipment. Mr. Kelly is based in Baton Rouge, LA and has a multi-decade history of running successful companies. With his skills, capabilities and foresight, he has created solutions that have gone beyond what others provide by addressing clients’ needs. Driven to find the best manufactured PPE products, HVAC solutions, & specialized energy control system for every application, he has become one of the industry leaders in the energy and sustainability space. Just prior to founding his first LED lighting manufacturing company in 2011, Mr. Kelly was the founder and CEO of The Maverick Group, LLC and Maverick Real Estate Investments, LLC.

As a real estate developer from 1998 until 2012, his companies purchased the land, developed over 2 million square feet of commercial and retail facilities, along with developing, building and selling more than 2400 residential/ multifamily units during the same period. Under John’s leadership, his two privately held companies successfully grew the real estate holdings to more than $1 billion in 10 years. In his earlier years as a young entrepreneur, Mr. Kelly started LMS Constructors, LLC, a residential/ commercial construction company in 1987, and as the Director of Operations, grew revenues to nearly $100 million dollars in less than 10 years. Mr. Kelly remained the Chairman of LMS before stepping down in 2016 to focus his time on the LED lighting company, EcoLite International. He attended Louisiana State University where he studied finance and marketing. John Kelly has been issued a Certified Lighting Management Consultant (CLMC) Certification from the National Association of Lighting Management Companies (NALMCO), and he is also recognized as a Certified Lighting Consultant from the American Lighting association (ALA).

Northwest Regional Sales Director – Gordie Hansen

Gordie Hansen has had a diverse career that empowers him with profound critical thinking and executional capabilities to deliver results. Mr. Hansen has seven years of experience as a Plant Maintenance Coordinator in a fruit processing facility, where he created and managed a three-facility plant-wide maintenance management software system. His work assured that preventative maintenance tasks and repairs were assigned and completed efficiently to minimize production down time. For fifteen years, Mr. Hansen worked in the electrical construction field for an electrical contractor, assisting in project management, estimating, and day-to-day material purchasing.

His professional experience also includes seven years working as a mechanic, managing maintenance and repairs for a fleet of vehicles, ranging from common road vehicles to heavy trucks and off-road construction equipment. Mr. Hansen can overhaul an engine out of your family truckster, create a cohesive interactive excel spreadsheet, or put together a tantalizing family dinner, at close to premier chef-quality.  He is one part Business Manager, two parts Family Go-to guy, and three parts Baseball Coach. The bottom line is that he likes people, and he really likes helping people. “Whenever I can take something that I have, or have learned, and share it with someone where it proves to better them or their situation in some way, I am a fulfilled and happy guy!” In a world of increasing complexity and the Covid-19 crisis, Gordie Hansen has the hands-on experience to listen to clients’ needs, ask the right questions, and shape the most appropriate solutions.

Larry Tyler brings multiple decades of experience to Purge Virus. In addition to his Director role at our company, Mr. Tyler is the President of TAMS (Total Advertising and Marketing Solutions), which is based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Over the course of his 25-year career Mr. Tyler has provided Advertising and Marketing consulting for clients across the United States. He is also directly involved in Government Lobbying, Special Event Planning and Fundraising, and Community Liaison services. Through TAMS, Mr. Tyler has headed community awareness programs, sales training and motivation seminars, special events and fundraising projects.

He has also conducted business development programs for private enterprises and numerous CSOs. For the last 25 years he has been a special advisor in the automotive industry for Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, and General Motors Minority Dealers Associations. For Purge Virus, Larry Tyler is a tremendous asset, given his knowledge of marketing as well as the trusted relationships that he has forged over many years with key decision makers across the public and private sector.

Rosine Williams has worked as a nurse for over ten years. Most recently as a benefits consultant, she works with individuals and businesses to improve their situations and reach their goals every day. She listens carefully to each person in order to craft a plan to meet their needs. Ms. Williams is highly dependable and always stands behind her words, which makes doing business with her very easy and comforting for clients.
